Violet Evergarden is the most beautiful story in the world

Image
Hi everyone! Today I want to talk about one of my favorite cartoons, Violet Evergarden. This animation tells the story of Violet, a young girl with a war-scarred mind and body, who learns the meaning and value of conveying people's thoughts through her work as an automatic writing doll. Violet becomes an automatic note-taking doll, wanting to know the meaning of the word "I love you" she heard from her beloved in war. An automatic note-taking doll is a person who writes letters and documents for clients on their behalf. Violet confronts her feelings and past by meeting various clients and being exposed to their thoughts and backgrounds. The animation is not only fascinating for its beautiful images and music, but also for its moving story and characters. Violet has lost so much in the war, but she looks so nice trying to live positively. Although she can't express her feelings well, she strives to understand the feelings of others. The clients she meets also have the

Origin to the Supreme, Mobile Suit Gundam

Hello everyone! Today I want to talk about my favorite animated work. That work is, of course, Mobile Suit Gundam! Mobile Suit Gundam is a Japanese robot animation that has been broadcast since 1979. Set in the fictional Space Century, it depicts the 1 year war between the Army of the Earth Federation and the Army of the Duchy of Zion. The main character is Amro Ray, a young boy who becomes a pilot for the new Earth Federation Army mobile suit Gundam, and he grows up in the war with his comrades. The enemy, the Duchy of Zion, features his rival Char Aznable in a red mobile suit, and one of the highlights of the story is the fateful confrontation with him. This work is known as the gold standard of robot animation and its influence is immeasurable. It has attracted many fans with its realistic war descriptions and human dramas, novel settings and designs, and spectacular world views and music. I have been immersed in the world of Gundam since I came across this work. Gundam isn't j

I want people who don't like otherworldly things to watch it.

Hello everyone! Today I'd like to introduce my favorite light novel and animated work. That work, of course, is Sword Art Online! Sword Art Online is a light novel by Koji Kawahara that won the Electric Novel Grand Prize in 2008. It is a story about the adventures and love between the main characters, Kirito and the heroine Asuna, who are involved in a death game in the world of online games. The original is still being serialized, and there are various spin-offs and external stories. Anime has been broadcast by A -1 Pictures since 2012, with 4 TV series and 2 theatrical productions to date. The animation is faithfully recreated in the original, and the characters' charm and worldview are beautifully expressed. The voice cast is also gorgeous, with stars such as Sadajo Matsuoka and Haruka Tomatsu. I love Sword Art Online and have read and watched all of the original and anime. I especially like the relationship between Kirito and Asna. The two were hostile at first, but gradua

I'm all alone, but I'm not alone!

Hello! I'm alone. Today, I want to talk about my favorite anime, "Bocchi the Roku!." This animation tells the story of Goto, a shy, commuter-disabled high school girl who joins a live house rock band called "Kubi-band" and grows up with her friends through music. I became interested in rock after I came across this anime. Especially the band piece, which is energizing and moving, makes me want to listen to it again and again. My favorite song is "Tie Bands." The song was the first original song the band members wrote with their own thoughts and was performed in the final episode of the anime. The lyrics of the song express a willingness to move forward with your peers while acknowledging your weaknesses and insecurities. I empathized with these lyrics. I'm shy and have trouble making friends, too. But this animation made me want to try something. That's why I started this blog. I write about what I like and feel in this blog. There are still f

Kamen Rider, Japan's original hero

Hello everyone! Today, I want to talk about one of the movies I watched recently. The movie is Shin Kamen Rider! Shin Kamen Rider is a reboot of the Kamen Rider series created to commemorate the 90 year anniversary of the birth of the original author, Shotaro Ishinomori. The director is Hideaki Anno, who is famous for Evangelion and Shin Godzilla. It stars actor Kenichi Matsuyama. This film takes us back to the roots of Kamen Rider and questions the role of heroes in modern society. The main character, Takeshi Hongo, is a scientist who belongs to a secret government organization and develops a modified human, a fusion of human and cyborg. However, he discovers that his research is being abused and opposes the Modified Human Project. As a result, he becomes a modder himself, fighting cyborgized terrorists and monsters. The highlight of this movie is, after all, the design of Shin Kamen Rider. Shin Kamen Rider has a biological and frightening appearance that sets it apart from the tradi

Exciting, SPY x FAMILY

Image
Hello! Today I'd like to introduce you to my favorite comic book, SPY x FAMILY. This manga, which is serialized by Tatsuya Endo on Shonen Jump +, is a sitcom in which a spy man, a hit woman and a psychic girl form a tentative family and deepen family ties despite being involved in various troubles. It was adapted into a TV cartoon in 2022 and became very popular! I think the appeal of this manga is, after all, the personalities and relationships of the characters. The main character, Lloyd Fauzier, is an accomplished spy in a Western intelligence agency who ends up starting a family to track the movements of the Eastern politician Desmond. He's a cool, calm, brainy professional, but he's out of touch with the family routine and sometimes messes up. Yol Fauzier, who plays his wife, is a hitman who belongs to an Eastern assassination organization and pretends to be a regular OL outside of work. She is a strong and beautiful woman, but she is not interested in love or marriag

I want to talk about Japanese animation.

Hello everyone! Today I want to talk about my favorite topic, Japanese animation. Anime is animation produced in Japan and popular around the world. Anime has a variety of genres and themes, and there are many works that both children and adults can enjoy. I love anime and look forward to watching new episodes every week. Anime is full of compelling characters and stories, beautiful music and visuals that inspire, laugh and surprise. By watching anime, you can get in touch with Japanese culture, history and society. Anime has made me want to know more about Japan. Anime is a wonderful thing that gives color and light to my life. Here are some of the anime I've been watching lately that I'd like to recommend. The first one is called "Demon Slayer." This is a story of swordsmen fighting against ogres, in which the main character, Tamijiro, struggles to turn his sister, Nezuko, back into a human after the ogres kill his family. The film features tense battle scenes, mov
